SHIPPING & HANDLING:
FedEx
All of our orders are shipped using FedEx unless otherwise requested. We have chosen FedEx as our main
shipping service because of their quality of service, their user-friendly set-up and their competitive rates.
For every order that is placed with FedEx, an email is immediately sent to our customer with complete tracking
information right at their fingertips.
FedEx is shipped out daily, Monday through Friday. Because we roast to order, we require one day to process
and roast your order. For example;
- If you place your order before noon Hawaii time on Monday (6 PM EST) it will be roasted that day and will be picked up by FedEx on Tuesday.
- If you place your order after 12 noon Monday (Hawaii time), it will be roasted on Tuesday and will be picked up by FedEx on Wednesday.

US PRIORITY MAIL
We also offer US Priority Mail as a shipping option. This is the only method available
for delivery to PO Boxes. This method of shipping is available Monday through Saturday and
typically takes 3-5 days to the US West Coast and 4-7 days to the US East Coast.
CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
You will be able to choose your shipping method during checkout. The price of shipping will vary with
the method you choose. Simply change the shipping method and click "recalculate" to see alternate
shipping methods and prices.

It is our intention at Koa Coffee Plantation to continually offer our customers top
quality coffee and excellent customer service. We look forward to the possibility
of a long-term relationship where everyone will be satisfied and content. If for
any reason you are unhappy with your coffee or our service, we will gladly replace
your beans free of charge or refund your money.

Privacy Statement:
The information you submit when ordering is between you and us ONLY, and will NOT be sold,
traded, given away or revealed in any way to any other person or company outside of Koa
Coffee Plantation. We may use your e-mail address to notify you of special deals or events,
maybe only a couple of times each year, but you may "opt out" at any time by sending an
e-mail to office@koacoffee.com with the words "remove from e-mail list" and we will
take you off of our e-mail list.

Via the Virtual Cart ordering system, all online transactions are encrypted for your
safety. We value the personal and financial privacy of all of our customers. Any personal information
sent to Koa Coffee Plantation will not be distributed to any third parties.

Within our shopping system, you will be given the option to
"store your details for future purchases." If you choose this option, a cookie will be
set on your computer. The cookie will contain your name & shipping information. This
information is not saved on our server. It is only saved on your computer.
The next time you log in to shop at our website, the cookie on your computer will send
your information back to the shopping cart so that you don't have to type it all out again.
The cookie contains an "cookie id number" that corresponds with our cart, so your information
cannot be retreived by any other website. Convenience - and security.
