Organic kona coffee is coffee that is naturally grown, and free from pesticides and other chemicals. The organic coffee
farmer can only use an approved organic fertilizer.
Only a Certified Organic mill can process organic coffee... even the roaster and grinder may only be used for organic
coffee.
Once the coffee is harvested and processed, it must remain isolated and clearly marked as organic coffee, so that it
can not be blended with other coffees.
