We don't just dip any old coffee bean in chocolate. Our chocolate covered kona beans are made with peaberry
coffee beans, one of the most sought after Kona coffee beans of all; the champagne of kona coffee beans.
Slowly, we dark roast them to perfection. Then we give them a thick, generous coating of rich, dark, creamy,
semi-sweet chocolate. Finally, we finish with a gentle kiss of mocha.
Excellent with a glass of port wine, or better yet, with a steaming cup of our Private Reserve Kona coffee.

Our Hawaiian macadamia nuts are treasured by gourmets the world over.
And did you know that these Macadamia nuts provide more monounsaturated (healthy) fat than olive oil and
are gaining prominence as a healthy nut among health nuts?
For these decadent treats, we start by hand selecting only the largest macadamia nuts and
carefully dry roasting them to perfection.
Then, we hand dip them (yes, you read that right) in layer upon layer upon layer of dark, creamy semi-sweet
